Engineering Plastics in Bar, Plate and Tube Formats
WE DESIGN TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CLIENTS
WE DESIGN TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CLIENTS
At Traid Villarroya Hnos SL we are specialized in the manufacture and distribution of high quality engineering plastics.
Our materials are designed for the manufacture of parts by machining, and we have optimized their shapes so that the machinist’s task is efficient and precise (bars, plates and tubes).
In addition, we adjust the dimensions according to the needs so that they adapt to the final measurements of each client.
We have a wide range of engineering plastics that provide exceptional properties, such as mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance.
Our materials meet the highest quality standards and are designed to meet the needs of various industries.
If you’re looking for high-quality, high-performance solutions, you’ve found your perfect partner. We are committed to providing you with the best materials and services for your projects.
Innovation in Every Solution
Our TRAIDAMID® PA6 polyamides, also called nylons, have two manufacturing methods, extruded polyamides and cast polyamides.
Both are used to manufacture bars, sheets, plates and tubes.
Polyoxylomethylene (POM), commonly called Acetal, is a crystalline polymer obtained from the polymerization of formaldehyde.
Discovered a few years ago, it has had a rapid and enormous diffusion due to its excellent mechanical characteristics, its stability against humidity and its ease of operation.
Polyethylene terephthalate is a relatively new semi-crystalline polymer created for technical uses. It is suitable for mechanical parts that require dimensional stability and a low coefficient of friction.
TKG® PE Polyethylenes, being a partially crystalline thermoplastic, its coefficient of friction and its ease of machining, make this material one of the most used in any type of industry.
PP Polypropylenes TKG®. It is the lightest of all thermoplastics, with its mechanical characteristics being superior to high-density polyethylene.
Its main use is aimed at the chemical industry as it resists alkalis and acids.
PVC Polyvinyl Chloride TKG® VINYL is a polymerization product of vinyl chloride.
There are several types of PVC that are distinguished by the value of their molecular weight and by the process of obtaining them.
PTFE or Polytetrafluoroethylene is chemically inert up to elevated temperatures and pressures.
PEEK or polyetheretherketone is a thermoplastic that resists continuous operation up to 250ºC.
PVDF, or Polyvinylidene Fluoride, is a highly crystalline thermoplastic. It maintains its electrical, thermal and mechanical properties over a wide temperature range (-40 to +150ºC).
PEEK or polyetheretherketone is a thermoplastic that resists continuous operation up to 250ºC.
Polycarbonate has high rigidity and extremely high impact resistance.
It also has a high glass transition temperature and high resistance to thermal deformation (around +130 °C). The continuous working temperature is between -60 °C and approx. +120 °C.
They are co-polyester sheets, particularly light, with a high resistance to breakage, even at low temperatures.
Good thermo-moulding properties and optimum chemical resistance. Compatible for food contact.
From the R+D+i Department of Traid Villarroya Hnos. S.L., we present NEW REVOLUTIONARY PLASTIC MATERIALS, allowing the substitution of more expensive and heavier materials such as metals and Engineering Plastics, with more optimal and economical materials.
