CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) in Traid Villarroya.

Dear valued customer and partner,

We want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation and provide you with an update on our response to the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) health emergency.

Traid Villarroya is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on supply chain continuity in our industry.

The health and safety of our employees remains a top priority and we are complying with all government requirements associated with our operations and offices maintaining processes.

We want to help prevent further spread of COVID-19. In order to protect our staff, customers and suppliers as much as possible, the following preventive measures have been taken – effective immediately and until the situation normalizes:
• Implementation of strict protective and hygiene regulations for all employees
• Postponement or cancellations of non-business-critical activities, meetings and visits – except for help to perform production critical maintenance and repair
• No physical contact with external visitors – both domestic and from abroad
• Ban of all business travel activity
• Strict rules of conduct when handling goods from risk areas.

All customers will be informed about the status of their order in case of change in delivery situation.

In general, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive their goods on the confirmed delivery date.

Traid Villarroya is actively monitoring the situation and will continue providing necessary updates.

Expanding our Plastics manufacturing

Due to growing demand for our extruded products, we have increased our plastics production capacity for rods, sheets and tubes. This boost comes as a result of the integration of next generation extrusion lines, so we may keep delivering top quality and service to our customers. In this way, our plastics extrusion capacity will shift from the current 5000 tons, to 7000 tons per year.


Our company reinforces its presence on the African continent with the inauguration of the new TRAID VILLARROYA AFRICA subsidiary in Dakar

At the beginning of March, TRAID opened its new center in Senegal, one of the largest cities, principal industrial and commercial hubs in Africa. This marks the entry of the company into yet another country in addition to the more than 72 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Middle East where it is already present.
The new subsidiary is formed by a talented team with great experience in the region. Without a doubt, the key to our success lies in the combination of material stock adapted to the requirements of the local market and a fast and efficient service.
Our objective is to be the near our customers, closing the gap between the local market and our manufacturing centers in Europe.
In this way we guarantee a tailor made product and fast service for our customers.

In January 2018, the Traid Villarroya company celebrated its 50th Anniversary as the leading high quality european engineering plastics producer.
